First half tries to Ina Pulega, Fa'alavelave Maso and Ngara Timoti gave the Blacks a 17-0 lead after just 19 minutes to set up their first McMullen Cup title since 2015.
A try late in the first half to Deniliquin outside centre Ross Gardner off some sloppy play by Griffith in their own half gave them some chance down 17-5 at the break.
But a barge-over try from Griffith no.8 Geei Piawi seven minutes into the second half, then a long range effort by outside centre Aisea Taupeamuhu blew the score out to 29-5.
Robbie Fisicaro scored midway through the second half to reduce the deficit to 29-12 for the Drovers, before Griffith scored again through fly half Teau Woetai off a scrum 30 metres out.
Gardner scored a second late for Deniliquin, but the Drovers paid for a slow start.
With their forward pack on top, Griffith's big outside backs were dominant and made big metres every time the Blacks spread it wide.
Seventeen-year-old fly-half Bryn Francis was named player of the match, and Blacks skipper Michael Crowe was pleased they put the foot on the throat early.
"It was a bit of a shock really, I expected a tough battle through the guts and maybe a five point game at halftime, but the way we came out was fantastic," he said.
"The backline did a tremendous job, every time we spun it out wide we made metres."
