Tigers decided against risking Osmotherly in their first final after the big man dislocated his shoulder in last Saturday's final round loss to Griffith.
Tigers will welcome back Brendy Myers and Josh Gaynor for the clash at Narrandera Sportsground, while Jesse Manton, Jackson Kelly and Dylan Morton all overcame minor injury concerns to be named.
Wagga Tigers coach Troy Maiden said they did not want to risk Osmotherly doing further damage and potentially putting him out for the rest of the year.
"We're not going to risk him if he's not right," Maiden said.
"He's too important to us."
Osmotherly's omission means Louis Beard, who has played the majority of the season at full-back, will step into the ruck role.
With three players overcoming injury scares last weekend and two returning from the sidelines, Maiden is not worried about the fitness of his team heading into finals.
"Not really. Every side at this time of year has a few little niggles and sore bodies but everyone out there playing for us this weekend will be 100 per cent fit," he said.
Tigers will be looking for a quick turnaround after going down to Griffith by 10 points at Robertson Oval last Saturday.
Tigers gave up a 21-point lead at three-quarter-time but Maiden was happy with the overall performance.
"We take some real positive things out of last weekend," he said.
"Obviously a few things didn't go our way and we lost by 10 points but that was only because they got a hold of us in the midfield in the last quarter and we were out on our feet.
"We lacked rotations a little bit to start off with a couple of guys out and we didn't have many at all in the second half with no bench. So from that point of view, there were a lot of positives out of the loss."
Maiden conceded Griffith got right on top in the midfield late in last week's game and believes it is imperative that Tigers at least break square with the Swans in that battle this week.
"They got the better of us last week towards the end in the midfield last week and you can't let them have time and space to be able to move the ball quickly into their forward line," he said.
"If they get time to run and carry the footy and get it into their big forwards then that can hurt you."
Maiden said he will have a couple of specific match-ups prepared for Griffith forwards Jacob and Lucas Conlan after they combined for 11 goals last week.
