Prop Charlie McIntosh is out after breaking his wrist in the win over Griffith while Laurence Lockington hasn't recovered from an ankle injury.
Andrew Scott and Tom Harvey come into the forward pack for the clash at Exies Oval on Saturday.
Blake Le Cornu has also been named on the wing but will need to pass a fitness test in order to return from injury.
After coming from one must-win final, coach Paul Musarra is looking for another strong defensive effort to get the better of Ag College and set up a rematch of the 2015 grand final with Waratahs.
"What has kept us in this competition has been our defence," Musarra said.
"For a lot of game we haven't had as much ball as the opposition but seem to be very good when the other team has the ball. We defend well, shut down their options and create turnovers."
Albury scored a 46-15 when the teams last met three weeks ago and Musarra believes it is a great opportunity for the club.
"It is a great opportunity," he said.
"We're excited and if you're not the top team going forward you want to be the team that is building and that seems to be us.
"Aggies' confidence would be dented a little bit by a lose but they won't play two bad games in a row.
"It showed be a cracker of a game and we play a similar style."
