Goal attack Lauren Pound and goal attack Caryn Deaton will return for the Blues as they look to turn the tables after a one-goal loss to the Saints a month ago.
It was North Wagga's sole top five scalp this season and they have described it as a confidence boost, but Blues coach Maddie Mannes said it has also helped them refocus.
"It was definitely our defensive pressure we lacked last time (against North Wagga) and it's something we've worked on at training and in games since then," Mannes aid.
"We've improved from that, it's good that (loss) happened because it made us get our stuff together and really work on our weaknesses.
"We need to shut down their goal-shooter (Olivia Lang) because she's ridiculously tall and tough to defend, but that's going to start with our defensive pressure in the midcourt.
"It's something we've practised the last few games because we basically knew we'd have North Wagga in the final."
Mannes said the return of the experienced Pound and Deaton is a huge boost as they look to keep their season alive.
"We're back to full strength for one of the few times this year so that's exciting," she said.
"Making finals (after missing last year) is a massive thing, there's a better feel about the club as a whole."
Charles Sturt University, who have only lost to unbeaten minor premiers and defending champions The Rock-Yerong Creek this year, will take on Temora in the qualifying final at North Wagga on Saturday.
Both finals matches get underway at 1.30pm.
The final round of the Riverina League will also take place on Saturday, headlined by the top two battle between Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes and Collingullie-Glenfield Park.
