The Dragons had lost seven of their last eight games to bow out of finals contention coming into the clash, but scored the first 30 points of the clash under lights.
Captain-coach Sam Elwin was pleased with how the young Dragons stepped up.
"It was a very pleasing result," Elwin said.
"There was a lot of young faces and they were some of our best players."
Hamish Starr led the way from fullback with his damaging running creating plenty of opportunities.
Elwin was also pleased with how Luke McCabe stepped into the halves after he went off after a late hit.
Temora finishes the season in seventh after their poor end to the season.
Junee responded with the last two tries of the game to Timoci Saukuru and Mark Harris but end of year with their eighth straight loss to finish in ninth place.
