Parish councillor Margaret Vennell said preparations for the milestone have been in the works for nearly the past two years.
"The bishop [of the Anglican Diocese of Riverina] Reverend Donald Kirk will also attend," Ms Vennell said.
Earlier this year, Reverend Kirk was elected to become Griffith's first resident bishop and the 11th bishop for the Diocese of Riverina.
Ms Vennell said there will also be a history book about the church on the day for sale.
She said a highlight will be the cake cutting by a former long-term resident Cynthia Boyd, a well known church member who is in her 90s.
Ms Vennell, who is in her 80s, has lived at The Rock her whole life and became a councillor at the church nearly 30 years ago.
The event will begin with a church service at 10am followed by lunch at The Rock Bowling Club.
