This time last year the Wagga side was limping towards an early finals exit, but now they've won seven of their last nine games as they charge towards the business end of the season.
Front rower Brayden Sharrock has experienced plenty of highs and lows over his 15 years in the top grade at the club.
He's looking forward to the chance that lies ahead.
"Anytime you've got a chance to play finals in any grade, but particularly first grade, it is good for the club and it gives the supporters something to look forward to," Sharrock said.
"There were plenty of years that I've been at Brothers and we were battling for the wooden spoon, it's not much fun for anyone."
Brothers were winless through their first five games, but have only lost two since.
Sharrock believes confidence has been a key for their dramatic turnaround.
"We've had a bad run of injuries, as a lot of clubs have, but touch wood it seems we've got a few coming back at the right time of the year," he said. "It will help our depth going forward.
"I always knew with the team we had we could play footy but it was just a matter of time and things working."
Point scoring has been a real difference this season.
After 16 games in 2018 Brothers had scored 372 points, while conceding 332, to finish the regular season in second with 12 wins and four losses.
After the same amount of games this season with the Wagga side has scored 485 points, conceding 322, to sit in fifth with eight wins, two draws and six losses two weeks out from finals.
Sharrock believes the addition of the likes of Dylan McLachlan and Jordan Little has helped their potency.
"We've got plenty of quick outside backs and skillful halves so you are always going to have that," he said.
"We've got a young team but they are starting to believe they are good players.
"They're getting more experienced, a few of them have been playing first grade for a couple of years now."
There has been plenty of off-field distractions for Junee this week, with the club to have a 'state of play' meeting on Sunday.
Sharrock admitted it wasn't a position he wanted to see any club in, but doesn't believe it will affect the approach to the clash at Laurie Daley Oval on Saturday.
"I'm think they are going to rally behind the club and there will be people who won't want to see them merge or fold but as far as we go this weekend we just have to keep on rolling into finals and keep working on ourselves," he said.
"We have to make sure things keep going forward."
