Alethea Levy steered Mater Dei to a big victory in the first semi-final, with a stunning four-goal haul setting up their 7-0 victory against Lutheran Primary.
It put the school into the girls' final for the third year in a row since the inception of the Sydney FC Cup.
South Wagga beat Cootamundra's Sacred Heart 2-0 in the second semi-final. That result sees them return to the final against Mater Dei in a repeat of 2017, mirroring the line-up in the boys' final.
Football Wagga development manager Liam Dedini was impressed with the teams' tenacity in tough conditions and pleased with the standard of football.
The Sydney FC Cup finals will be played later this month.
