O'Garey was taken to Wagga Base Hospital on Saturday after copping a knee to the back in Leeton-Whitton's loss to Turvey Park at Maher Oval.
Scans cleared O'Garey of any serious damage but the Crows midfielder is still struggling to move as he recovers from the knock.
There was early concern for his kidney and ribs but tests on Saturday night gave him the all clear.
O'Garey will miss Saturday's clash against Griffith and then reassess his season when Leeton-Whitton enjoy the bye the following week.
"I don't really know what I've done at this stage," O'Garey said.
"I'm slowly starting to get a bit more movement back but whenever I try and do a little bit more it grabs, it's a sharp pain in my lower back.
"I can't even get in and out of a car so I'm no chance this week."
Leeton-Whitton, who sit on the bottom of the ladder, finish with games against Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong and Coolamon after the bye.
O'Garey is keen to help the Crows finish the season but won't play if he's not right.
"I might be back for the last two but it's a pretty dangerous area so I'm not going to play through pain just to play the last couple of games," he said.
"If I don't have any pain it will be good to finish the season out there with the boys."
The injury continued an up and down year for O'Garey, who missed a couple of games earlier in the year due to a hamstring problem. He also suffered an injured sternum during one of Leeton-Whitton's opening games.
Despite this and Leeton-Whitton only winning two of their 13 games, O'Garey has again enjoyed an outstanding season.
The 29-year-old has been named in the Crows' best in each of the 11 games he's played and will again be a leading contender for the Jim Quinn Medal, Riverina League's best and fairest player.
The Crows had shown good improvement over the course of the season, up until Saturday's 51-point loss to Turvey Park, and O'Garey is confident the future is bright at Leeton Showground.
"It has been a bit of a battle," he said.
"After about round four or five we've been pretty competitive and definitely have improved, which builds belief.
"To their credit, the young fellas have stuck to it and now have got a bit of belief.
"We've got a core of young fellas that hopefully we can try and recruit a couple and build around them."
