Fusion is returning for 2019 and Wagga City Council are calling for submissions from food vendors, performers and pop-up stalls across the region to feature at the event.

Council's director of community Janice Summerhayes said it is expected to draw another huge crowd from the region and interstate after more than 10,000 attending in previous years.

"Fusion has gone from strength-to-strength and we are expecting in excess of 10,000 people at this year's festival on 19 October in the Victory Memorial Gardens," she said.
"Planning is underway and we're curating another diverse line up of entertainment to be announced closer to the festival.
"Along with the live music, the street food precinct is one of the most popular parts of Fusion and last year we had food options from 31 different countries."
The council are calling on all varieties of traditional cuisine vendors to submit an expression of interest and add to the vibrancy of the festival, alongside pop-up artisan stalls and quirky performers.
