The Wagga side stormed out to a 46-0 lead at half-time before coasting to victory against at Les Boyd Oval.
The winless Bulldogs outscored their rivals by 16 points in the second stanza but the damage had already been down.
The 52-22 win keeps Brothers three points, plus percentage inside the top five with three rounds to play.
Cade Price (three tries) and Dylan McLachlan (two) wreaked havoc.
Halfback Cameron Breust was impressed with how the side started the clash.
"Our first half was some very good footy and some of the team tries was just unreal," Breust said.
However things took a turn after Price was sin binned in the second half.
"They scored a couple of tries while we had 12 men and we thought the job was done at half-time and were quite relaxed," Breust said.
"They actually played some pretty good footy in the second half."
