The Magpies extended their unbeaten record this year to ten matches as they look to secure a third straight Farrer League premiership.
O'Leary said they must rise to the occasion every week as challengers strive to become the first to knock them off their perch.
"You can't get ahead of yourself, we've got a big target on our back and everyone's trying to beat us," O'Leary said.
"CSU (second-placed Charles Sturt University) are still a massive task for us, we only beat them by eight (earlier this season) and you can't get too carried away.
"We try not to think about other teams too much, if you analyse them too much it changes your game.
"We just started really strong on the weekend. Coleambally (third) are a very good team and I don't think the scored showed how tough it was, we're just playing really good netball at the moment."
O'Leary said stepping aside from the coaching role for younger sister Sarah this year has helped her improve her game individually.
"I love it, I'm really enjoying taking a step back this year," she said.
"I'm always there if Sarah needs a hand but she's very capable, and it's nice to be directed by someone else.
"I didn't have anyone to direct me the last couple of years, I think it's really helping to improve my netball."
In other matches CSU, who have only lost to TRYC this season, accounted for Barellan 79-22, Northern Jets secured their third win of the year with a 49-35 road victory over East Wagga Kooringal and North Wagga beat Marrar 53-37.
