Nathan Rose and Nick Skinner, who was a late withdrawal last week, will both miss the clash while Jake Dooley is in doubt with a hamstring complaint.
Bulls captain-coach Kyle McCarthy wants to make sure his key men are right after both have had injury-plagued seasons.
"We thought would Skinns another week, maybe two, with that pubic bone/groin injury that keeps flaring up," McCarthy said.
"He's had another cortisone and we're going to let that do the work before we rush him back in.
"We could of had Rosey back, and he's trained with us, but he will have another one."
Mitch Curran comes back into the side after missing the win over Temora while Harry Lucas will be handed the fullback's role if Dooley doesn't take his place with Jack Lyons to come onto the wing.
Southcity scored a 58-4 win when the teams met earlier this season, however with the Diesels looking to stay in the thick of the finals race McCarthy expects a tougher challenge.
"It is a tight run for that fifth spot and pretty much everyone is in the hunt for it so they will be really desperate to get the win," he said.
Junee are two points outside the top five after returning to winning ways against Cootamundra last week while the Bulls are a point behind leaders Gundagai in second place.
