Police are investigating the theft and subsequent burning of a vehicle found on Willans Hill on Tuesday morning.

Riverina Police District Acting Inspector Geoff Gray said police were notified this morning when a passerby called in to report the car.
"Turvey Park Fire and Rescue were called out at 12.13am to Captain Cook Drive to extinguish the fire," he said.
"At 12.40pm on June 24, last night, it was stolen from an address in Ashmont."
Acting Inspector Gray said the investigations were continuing this morning.
