Both missed the Wagga side's narrow loss to Albury, but are expected to line up alongside coach Glenn Dumbrell.
Dumbrell was also in doubt after injuring his wrist but has declared himself right to tackle Young at Alfred Oval on Saturday.
Joliffe and Houma both trained and are also expected to play.
Coming off a strong performance against the fourth-placed Thunder, Dumbrell is looking to
"We just need to win," Dumbrell said.
"We've played well enough to earn a couple but it hasn't gone our way.
"We are building for it, we're due and we'll be doing our best and going over there with the right attitude."
Dumbrell is looking to tighten up their ruck defence and is looking to speed up the play-the-ball to bring up their third win of the season.
