The initiative, run by Wagga City Council, seeks to harness the power of 140 tourism-focused businesses across the region to capitalise on the 1.3 million visitors coming to Wagga each year.
The council's Visitor Economy and Events Coordinator, Fiona Hamilton, said that with $353 million injected into Wagga's economy each year from visitors, now was the time to get involved.
"Partners are included in marketing activities and promotional campaigns, as well as business development opportunities such as networking, workshops and masterclasses with industry experts," she said.
"Industry development and support is a vital part of the program so local businesses are able to learn and grow."
The program is open year-round for businesses to participate in, however the cut-off date to make this year's copy of the Visitor Guide, with 20,000 copies distributed across Australia, is by June 19.
"In addition to the visitor guide, there are extensive print and digital promotional opportunities for partners throughout the year, including social media campaigns, events, media promotions and more," Ms Hamilton said.
While Wagga's BIG4 Holiday Park was involved last year, new owner Nicole Pirreca decided to register once again as her first experience in the program.
"We are new to the area so it's great to network and engage with others," Mrs Pirreca said.
"The previous owners had been involved but after we took over, it is the first time for us."
Mrs Pirreca said the program was a great opportunity to secure their place on the map.
"It opens a lot of doors and there are so many digital promotions and things involved to help get our name out there," she said.
"Plus the book is beautiful, so why wouldn't you want to be a part of it all?"
