THUMBS Up to Telstra, and the staff who work there. Just recently, I had my phone stolen (I live in Ashmont). Much to my amazement, the young woman at the shop was able to transfer the stolen number on to another, alternative mobile phone. That meant my boss was still able to contact me whenever he wanted to.
THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to the pusher-in at the supermarket. Yes sir, we are all busy, and yes sir, we all have somewhere else to be. The world doesn't revolve around your deli needs! Even after being told you were pushing you still continued to barge through to the front. How rude!
THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to the staff at Relationships Australia. You are all very kind, respectful and helpful. Many clients are going through a tough time, as I was, and you made me feel safe and welcome.
THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to people on social media who promise to come buy your sale items and never show. What happened to common decency?
