UAP Riverina candidate Richard Foley told The Daily Advertiser that Mr Palmer would hold a community questions and answers event at Wagga's Rules Club at 12pm on Saturday.
"He'll be there for two hours; there's a sit-down meal there for 40 people who we have catered for but anyone else who wants to come in for standing room can arrive," he said.
"The more the merrier: come and listen to what he has to say.
"In relation to the meal it is going to be first in, best dressed. They can contact my campaign."
Mr Palmer, whose estimated personal wealth skyrocketed to $4.5 billion following a successful lawsuit against a Chinese mining company, has boasted of plans to spend $50 million on his election campaign.
UAP campaign advertising has been prominent on television, radio, newspapers, social media and unsolicited text messages even before the May 18 election date was announced.
Mr Palmer is noted for performing publicity stunts such as dancing and performing raps with radio hosts and releasing his own smartphone game.
However, pressure has been increasing on Mr Palmer to pay out entitlements for workers at the collapsed Queensland Nickel refinery business.
Mr Foley said Mr Palmer would visit Wagga to support the Riverina campaign and to discuss his key policies.
"He'll also talk about our zonal taxation policy and basically our exciting platform in general for regional Australia," he said.
"That will also include how we can afford to raise the pension by $150 a week."
Nationals Riverina MP and Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack has entered a preference deal with the UAP, with the parties putting each other second on how-to-vote cards.
Early voting started on Monday in Wagga, with almost double the number of people taking their first chance to vote compared with the 2016 federal election.
