As the contact was to the head ARU guidelines require at least a mid range entry point sanction, which start at four weeks.
Ag College centre Joe Hamblin is also facing a stint on the sidelines for his tackle on Tim Corcoran in Waratahs' win.
With the dangerous tackle charge graded low the base sanction is two weeks.
Mitigating factors could see both of the potential penalties lowered.
Both will front the Southern Inland judiciary on Tuesday.
