A NSW Ambulance Service spokesperson said two ambulance crews attended the scene at 12.55pm on Thomas Street between Harold Street and Railway Lane.
"One person was treated for minor burns to their hands but they did not require hospitalisation," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said they did not have any information about the age or gender of the victim.
The house was completely leveled as of Saturday morning after a demolition crew moved in on Friday night due to the roof starting to collapse.
A Rural Fire Service spokesperson said two trucks were called to assist Fire and Rescue NSW at 12pm on Friday and the fire was declared under control by 2pm.
Fire and Rescue NSW has been contacted for comment.
Police also attended the incident but a police spokesperson and Junee Police Station were unable to provide information about the incident.
Smoke from the fire was visible from the Olympic Highway on Friday afternoon and emergency services at the time advised anyone who was sensitive to air pollution to remain indoors.
