The Dennis Picker-trained mare took more than two seconds off the time set at the first meeting at Wagga's new track, and then equalled earlier this month.
She set a blistering mile rate of 1:52.3 on her way to taking out the Troy Jones Fencing Pace (1740m) by a whopping 32.9 metres
The Bigga trainer-driver was confident she could have gone much faster if he was asked her to.
"The plugs were still in and there was fair bit left in the tank had something been there to race her," Picker said.
"I wasn't aware of what sort of time she was running but probably could have shaved a bit more off that had we got serious."
It was Elle Yeah's second win for the week after also winning at Bathurst on Monday.
The group one winner didn't have great form heading into the week, but has been able to turn it around.
"It's been very frustrating lately with a bit of a run with bad draws and bad luck in running too," Picker said.
"Her form just tapered right off but she has far from going bad. She was always finishing her races off but had just had no luck of late."
He hopes with the two confidence-building wins she can get back to the form which saw her take out the Breeders Challenege Final last season.
It was one of a number of big wins on Friday.
Kalypso King won the two-year-old race to start the bumper 11-race card by 34.5 metres.
Reigning Pepper scored by 43.5 metres while Nicopolis won the second of the HRNSW Rewards heat by 30.2 metres.
The latter was part of the treble for the region's leading reinsman Blake Jones.
Jones also won with Betterthantheboyz and Im Feeling Firey and was pleased with his day out.
"It was a very good day," Jones said.
"Three any day is good."
The three wins were for three different trainers.
He combined with David Kennedy to win with stable newcomer Betterthantheyboz.
Using the sprint lane, the three-year-old filly proved too strong in just her second start.
Jones thought the economical trip suited.
"She has been working good since we've had her but just wasn't 100 per cent sure where she was at fitness wise," he said.
"She might have needed the run but when we got in behind the leader and got the sprint lane it was probably the best thing for her.
"She got the nice economical run and was just too quick for them up the straight."
Nicopolis then destroyed his rivals for trainer Grant Jones, more than justifying his $1.45 quote.
Jones then defied the general racing pattern to win from behind with Im Feeling Firey.
He thought the fast early tempo helped.
"It seems to be very leader biased but when they go that hard there has to be a swooper coming from somewhere."
