There is a $55 fine for anyone who fails to vote in the election.
Prepolling voting is open at 72 Fitzmaurice Street until 6pm on Friday.
Polling booths will be open between 8am and 6pm on Saturday.
For people eligible to use the iVote or telephone systems, applications close at 1pm on election day and ballots must be cast by 6pm.
NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt on Thursday released statewide early voting numbers.
"To date, a total of 845,779 people have taken up early voting," he said.
"This includes 670,998 people who have voted in person at 194 early voting centres around the state.
"We have received 23,762 postal votes so far, 144,259 people have voted via iVote internet and telephone systems."
