Wagga Country Club is confident the 30th edition of the Pro-Am will be their best yet with a number of big names confirming their place in the field.
Defending champion Nathan Green will be joined by Australian Open runner up Dimi Papadatos, Corowa's Marcus Fraser and Australian icons Craig Parry and Peter O'Malley.
Past winners Jordan Zunic, Mitchell Brown and Jake Nagle will return, while the likes of Matthew Millar, James Nitties and Andre Stolz are just some of the names that add further class to the event.
With a reserves list of professional golfers 28 names long, PGA NSW-ACT tournament coordinator Peter Welden is amazed by the quality of the Wagga field.
"The field for this year's Ron Crouch Transport Wagga Wagga Country Club Pro Am should make the locals excited," Welden said.
"This is one of the best fields I've seen in my time in NSW as tournament coordinator so I urge golf fans in the region to get out and enjoy some great golf."
The Pro-Am is run over Thursday and Friday next week but it is virtually a week of festivities at the Country Club.
It starts on Tuesday with the Womens Classic, where former Scottish Open champion Rebecca Artis will be special guest. She will also stay on and take on the males at the Pro-Am.
On Wednesday night is the Pro-Am dinner and shootout, that leads into two big days of golf where crowds are encouraged to attend.
Wagga Pro-Am chairman Ashley Briggs said the stage is set for a cracking event.
"In our 30th year, 2019 will be our strongest ever field, equal to any NSW Open," Briggs said.
