A 20-0 win against Bombala in the decider capped a perfect day for the Greens who progressed through the preliminary rounds and knockout stage undefeated.
Coach Paul McGregor said his players executed really well on a hot, long day at Keith Cullen Oval.
"We executed what we set out to do, we came here to win it and that's what we've done," McGregor said.
"I think working out of our half and keeping to our edges was really impressive."
First half tries to Ua Ravu, Kayla Frazer, and Jess McDonnell set up victory in the grand final, before Sophie McGregor's try after the break secured Leeton's third title since the pre-season tournament began in 2015.
McGregor identified returning star Ua Ravu as one of the side's best on the day.
"We worked really hard in the middle, we have some really good middle players. Ua Ravu is back from Yenda and she's really good on her feet, and in the middle you only need to give her a sniff," he said.
A second Greens team consisting of younger players also competed on the day and were knocked out in the quarter-finals.
"We had a lot of numbers. We put the younger players in the second side and the more experienced players in first side. We did sprinkle some of the younger ones in there as well just to give them that experience and I wanted to try a few things for the upcoming season," McGregor said.
Leeton was eliminated in the Group 20 elimination semi-final in 2018.
McGregor is confident the side can progress further this year.
