Just after 12:30pm on Tuesday, Temora-based police and ambulance crews were called to the site near Yerong Creek.
For reasons yet unknown, the car had veered off the road while travelling south along the highway.
The vehicle rolled several times before coming to a sudden stop metres to the left of the road.
The driver and two passengers were conveyed to Wagga Base Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses describe seeing them “get up and out to walk around soon after the car came to a stop”.
"The occupants were assessed on the scene by paramedics, who made the decision to send them to hospital for observation purposes,” said Temora’s Acting Inspector Gerard Horsley.
The road has now been reopened to the public as investigations continue into the cause of the incident.
