Leroy Duncan John Johnson, 27, did not apply for bail when he fronted Wagga Local Court on Monday morning charged with 10 offences.
Mr Johnson is facing six counts of contravening an apprehended violence order, two counts of stalking or intimidating, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and one count of common assault.
Appearing before the court via video-link from a cell in Junee, Mr Johnson did not enter his pleas on Monday, instead requesting a three-week adjournment to seek legal advice.
Mr Johnson will return to Wagga Local Court on December 17, when magistrate Christopher Halburd said he will be expected to enter his pleas.
