The Southern Inland sevens premiers made it through to the final only to go down to local side Seven 10s.
Sevens 10s beat them on the buzzer in the pool stage before suffering a big loss in the final.
Coach Andy Bedford admitted they left their worst game for last.
“It wasn’t our best performance and one to forget,” Bedford said.
Reddies won two of their three pool games plus a semi-final before going down in the decider.
After a strong showing for Southern Inland Speedster Biola Dawa was named player of the tournament.
The teenager continues to impress.
“She scored a bucket load of tries and she has learned to pilfer and is turning over footy all the time and it just adds a whole new side to her game,” Bedford said.
It wraps up a busy season for the club who scored a breakthrough premiership in August.
