Riverina artists like Rosemary Tucker open their inner sanctums to the public. Following last year’s “fantastic” event, 10 local painters, sculptures, potters and photographers have been preparing to open their private studios once more for the annual Wagga Art Trail. Close to 140 visitors followed a path of painters, sculptures, potters and photographers in 2017, experiencing the magic of the city’s art culture from behind the scenes.
Demonstration Gardens
DETAILS: Saturday, 3 November from 9am to 12pm.
Finding delicious produce, building a stronger community and reducing waste in the one place is a tall order – but residents are managing to do it all at Wagga’s Demonstration Gardens. Bring fruit or vegetables to swap, or purchase fresh vegetables from the community garden. The swap runs each Saturday morning, permitting weather, with all proceeds to the Community Gardens.
