Simon Carberry was already on bail for larceny, driving while disqualified, and taking and driving a ute when police allege he held up the Cherrywood service station in Mount Austin on Monday morning.
On Wednesday, Carberry fronted court via video-link from the Junee Correctional Centre and entered pleas of guilty to the larceny and driving while disqualified charges.
He pleaded not guilty to taking and driving the white Mitsubishi Triton, and will return to court on December 12 so a hearing date can be set for that matter.
Carberry will also appear before the court on January 9 to enter a plea to the fresh charges of armed robbery in company, having goods suspected of being stolen in his custody, and dealing with proceeds of crime.
He will remain in custody until those hearings.
