Ede will partner the Chris Davis-trained Ruary Mac in the Paraway Pastoral Company 2018 Deniliquin Cup (1400m).
It will be just her 10th race ride, after making her race-riding debut at Narrandera in August.
The Geoff Duryea-trained Greipel is expected to start favourite in the feature at Deniliquin, despite being required to carry the top weight of 61.5 kilograms.
Greipel, who ran second in the Jerilderie Cup last start, will be looking for first win since the 2016 Snake Gully Cup (1400m).
The George Osborne-trained Shy Frank is back to defend his title after winning the Cup last year. He is unbeaten at Deniliquin after claiming the Anzac Day Cup in April as well.
It is a busy day of racing in the region, with Wodonga also hosting a non-TAB meeting.
