Dindima, a Wagga based team, went down to 16-12 to Toomelah Tigers on Saturday in Dubbo.
Griffith Threeways United won their first two games, 24-12 over Burrabeedee United and 22-16 over Cabbage Tree Island before going down to RAB 16-0.
Narrandera Wiradjuri Warriors also made it to the third round. They downed Toomelah Tigers 18-16 in the second round after scoring a 36-4 win over Central West Mob to start the Knockout.
They eventually went down to Newcastle Yowies 14-0.
Albury Wodonga Munyaas bowed out in the second round, while a second Narrandera Wiradjuri Warriors team was knocked out in the opening round.
The finals of the knockout are held on Monday.
