Majella Group chief executive Seb Monsour remains on bail after being charged last month over the $5 million investment fraud, which came a month after he was accused of a separate $5 million fraud.
Monsour, who had his matter adjourned on Thursday in Brisbane Magistrates Court to October 15, is accused of accepting a $5 million payment from an overseas complainant to invest in three Australian investment funds.
