The Daily Advertiser team were on the ground on Saturday to bring you the latest updates from the polling places as the voting for a new state member for Wagga gets under way.
Voting centres across the electorate closed at 6pm and at midnight there was no clear winner despite Liberal candidate Julia Ham appearing to concede that she could not win.
The Liberal Party later refused to concede based on the strength of pre-poll votes and the potential boost from uncounted postal ballots.
We’ll have updates below all weekend. Join our conversation on Twitter and Instagram by using #waggavotes, or leave us a comment on Facebook.
