He lost his first grand final for junior club Leeton in 2006 but hit back to claim the title the following season.
The 29-year-old went down in another Group 20 grand final before making the move to Brothers.
Now at his third Group Nine club, the Gundagai winger wants to hit back after coming up short in the grand final last year, his first season with the club.
“I think we’ve got the cattle to do it,” Fotu said
“We’ve turned the second half of the season around and I definitely think we can do it.”
Wagga-based Fotu is part of a large travelling contingent at Gundagai.
However he loves being at the club.
“I’ve had a good season, injury free,” he said.
“Since I’ve come over to Group Nine I don’t think I’ve got through a season injury free so it’s been good to have an injury-free season and be playing in the big one.”
