Curtis was charged with bumping or making forceful contact to an opponent from front on in a first quarter tackle on Temora captain Charlie Vallance in the qualifying final victory at Robertson Oval on Saturday.
However after reviewing video evidence of the incident the umpire decided not follow through with his initial report.
It leaves Curtis free to tackle Marrar for a place in the grand final on Saturday.
Saints defender Matt Thomas returns from suspension this week.
He copped a one-week ban for striking Marrar’s Rory Block but returns for the second semi-final showdown with the Bombers.
Marrar took a eight-point win when the teams met in the last round of the season to take the minor premiership and earn the week off.
