Riverina Police District detectives arrested the 63-year-old Gundagai man after a 16-year-old girl reported she had been indecently assaulted by her employer.
The alleged abuse occurred over the course of three months.
The man, who is charged with seven offences including indecent assault and common assault, appeared in Gundagai Local Court on Monday.
He was granted conditional bail to re-appear on September 13.
Detective Inspector Darren Cloake told a press conference on Tuesday morning that detectives are continuing to investigate the matter.
