An 18-year-old man has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman and assaulting her eight-month-old baby in their Wagga home.

Officers from the Riverina Police District were told a man forced his way into a unit on Day Street about 4.40pm on Friday.
It is alleged the man sexually assaulted a 29-year-old woman and that the baby girl was also assaulted during the incident.
The woman alerted her husband and the family reported the incident at Wagga Police Station.
A search warrant was executed at the unit complex on Saturday and an 18-year-old man was arrested.
He was charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence, aggravated sexual assault and choking.
He was refused bail and appeared before Wagga Local Court on Sunday.
He was refused bail again prior to reappearing via audio visual link in court on August 22.
