The visiting Tigers are only one rung ahead of the bottom-placed Wanderers on the State League ladder, but there’s pride on the line after the cellar-dwellers fought tooth and nail in a spiteful affair back in May.
Six yellow cards and two red cards were dished out during Balmain’s 3-1 win and Fry is bracing for another heated game.
“It was pretty fiery last time around and I’ve been looking forwards to this one, to be honest,” he said.
“Ever since the last time we played them here, I’ve had my eye on this one.”
Injured duo Damion Patterson and Daniel Okot are expected to recover in time for Saturday’s big dance, however, Shaun Moffat is unlikely to return.
“Shaun’s going to take it easy after his knock last week … but the others should come back,” Fry said.
“It’d take a lot to stop them from playing this weekend.”
