Jock Ward crossed for a hat-trick as the Dragons brought up their fourth win of the season, and first over a side in the first half of the competition.
Captain-coach Sam Elwin was thrilled to score another win as he looks to rebuild with a young side.
“We warmed up with nine players so it was very courageous,” Elwin said.
“The main thing we wanted to do was build a platform which we are starting to do with a few wins together.”
Hayden Philp was sublime for the visitors while Ward, Jake Milnes, backing up from a full game of reserve grade, and Yoan Veve were also good.
