Part cooking school and part restaurant, Food I Am gives locals and visitors a chance to use and enjoy the highest quality regional produce at a purpose-built facility overlooking Wagga.
Destination Riverina Murray’s general manager, Richie Robinson, said it had taken a lot of work from the Food I Am team to get to this point.
“They offer a really high-end, well-regarded product and experience to position the Riverina really well in the minds of people looking for a great food and drink destination,” Mr Robinson said.
“They also do international food tours across to Vietnam, and they’ve just branched out into weddings and business events.”
Wagga’s Bundyi Cultural Tours also received a nomination for the award.
