The Crows have cited Kennedy for allegedly striking Leeton-Whitton’s Angus Boulton during the first quarter of the game at Crossroads Oval.
The Demons came from behind to win the game by five points.
Statements from both teams will now be called upon before all evidence is reviewed by the league’s investigating officer, who will then determine if Kennedy has a case to be answered.
The Demons have the bye this weekend before facing third-placed Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes at Mangoplah Sportsground on Saturday week.
