THUMBS Up to the Wagga Wagga Breast Cancer Group. They ran a very successful Mother’s Day Stall and Raffle. The winner of their raffle was Joan Groch. These funds raised help people in our community with cancer.
THUMBS UP
THUMBS Up to the friendly faces at the Thursday markets at the showground. Some lovely produce, nice people, and a lovely time.
THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to the kids hooning down the street on their scooters and skateboards. I was nearly pushed into traffic as they sped past. There are skateparks for all your tricks – and if you are going to break the law and use the footpath, at least show some considerations. Thumbs Up to those who do the right thing.
THUMBS DOWN
THUMBS Down to those speeding on our roads. I witnessed a man, with his family in the car, driving well beyond the limit, I’d guess 85km down Lake Albert Road. Not setting a good example for your children. There’s nothing so important that you need to rush so much.
