James Maloney, John Blackmore, Nick Gleeson and Travis Taylor are all out of the side to tackle the Blacks at Exies Oval on Saturday.
However after scoring a hat-trick in the loss to Tumut Grant Roben returns at number eight.
Roben played in three grades last week, but has more than proved his fitness after coming back from a broken finger.
Wagga City have gone through the first half of the season, but coach Scott Callaghan thought they showed good signs despite a 83-26 loss to the Bulls last week.
