The Crows returned to Narrandera Sportsground for the first time since their grand final triumph and enjoyed a 41-point win over the Eagles.
A six-goal second quarter from the Crows proved the difference as they ran out winners, 16.12 (108) to 10.7 (67).
Muir was a standout with eight goals, while Matt Rainbird was prolific in the midfield for the Crows.
Leeton-Whitton coach Jade Hodge was happy to get on the board.
“We were a bit inconsistent again,” Hodge said.
“We started pretty ordinary...played really well in the second and third quarters then in the last quarter we put the cue in the rack and just went through the motions.
“There is a lot of room for improvement but happy to take the four points obviously.”
It was a good response from the Crows after going down heavily in the opening round to Collingullie-Glenfield Park.
Narrandera started well and led at quarter-time before the Crows got on top.
Hodge said the Crows must learn to limit their turnovers.
“They scored from our turnovers and that’s an area we need to improve on,” he said.
“That’s where Gullie cut us open last week too.”
Bryce O’Garey was unavailable and didn’t play for Leeton-Whitton, while Narrandera spearhead Josh Bennett did not play for the Eagles.
Damian Williams Jnr was Narrandera’s best. He booted three goals and set the Eagles alight on multiple occasions.
It has been a disappointing start to the year for Narrandera, with a big loss to Griffith followed by the loss to the Crows.
