Crafty creations
Creative craft-lovers can learn how to take a cardboard box and transform it into a pair of handmade bespoke earrings on Saturday. Sydney-based artist, designer and stylist Jeff McCann will coach residents, aged 12 and above, in a fun-filled workshop at Wagga Art Gallery from 10am. For $35 young and old can learn a new skill and create a statement piece of jewellery.

Military tribute takes flight
Model military aircraft will take to Wagga skies on Friday, April 20 through to Sunday, April 22, as part of the Wagga Model Aero Club’s biggest event of the year. More than 60 faithful replicas are set to take off from Connorton Field on the Olympic Highway, for the World War II and Military Scale Competition.
Country music festival finale
If country music is your jam, you’ll want to take your boots, ute and Akubra to the 31st and final Illabo Country Music Stampede, held at the showgrounds from Thursday to Sunday, April 22. If you have not been to The Stampede before, you can expect music, campfires, raffles, workshops and yummy food.

PCYC Colour 4 Kids
PCYC Wagga are bringing you a fun-filled day for the whole family to celebrate Youth Week and raise money for the charity. Funds raised will go toward purchasing new equipment for the PCYC and updating some of their police programs. Festivities will kick off from 10.30 and will be followed by a youth concert.
