Participation was high as children took to Jubilee for events on the track and in the field.
Sports co-ordinator Simon Shields was pleased how the day unfolded.
“The enthusiasm was really good,” Shields said.
“The kids all behaved and we didn’t have any issues.
“They all got into the spirit.”
Blue house took out the house championship while Emily Bloomfield and Lachlan Dicker took out senior age championships for girls and boys respectively.
Henschke teachers also ensured they will have bragging rights for the next year.
The school introduced a relay race between students and teachers this year and it proved a very popular addition.
“The teachers managed to beat the students but it was a lot of fun,” Shields said.
“There will be bragging rights for at least a year.”
Shields also thanked the parents who helped the day run smoothly, especially out in the sun.
