The draw has been released for the national competition with more Riverina clubs jumping on board.
Football Wagga premiers Henwood Park, Tolland and Leeton have joined Tumut and Lake Albert in the competition.
Wagga City Wanderers are also back in after making it through to round five last season.
Football Wagga president Tony Dobbin was thrilled to have so many clubs involved.
“It is an excellent thing,” Dobbin said.
“We see the FFA Cup as a great thing for football generally but particularly in regional NSW as it allows greater cross experiences with players throughout Australia.
“Chances are the further they go in the FFA Cup they are going to be meeting teams from across NSW with different tactics, different physical make up and different coaching styles.”
Leeton and Tumut both play in home games in round two on March 10 and 11.
Leeton United host North Ryde while the Eagles tackle Wyoming.
The remainder of the teams kick start with away clashes in round three the following weekend.
The Wanderers travel to play Fraser Park, Henwood Park face Connells Point Rovers while beaten grand finalists play Granville Kewpie Ariana and Tolland tackles Budgewoi.
Dobbin believes it is good for clubs to travel for new experiences but expects home games will bring plenty into the city’s coffers as well.
