Ganmain youngster Jackson Tenhave set a cracking pace early in the junior triathlon to beat out Liam Wilcox (Howlong) and Charlie Wykes (Coolamon) in 25:40.
Liam finished second (27:25) and Charlie came third (28:37).
Local girl Abbey Hamblin was the first female competitor home, backing up from last year’s win.
Angus White was the first 9-11 year old to finish, followed by Nate Hamblin.
Anna Sase was the first 9-11 year old girl home, with Kaitlin Logan coming in second.
The victorious junior team comprised of brothers, Noah and Lucas Hatty, and their cousin Joe O’Connor.
Twins Logan and Jordan Geddes were first and second in the under 8s.
