It follows another 15 incidences of the property damage across Hammond Avenue on Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old man was arrested after Wagga police conducted a search warrant at a Kooringal home, after 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
Duty officer Nigel Turney said investigations were ongoing, but police suspected the young man to have contributed to the incidences of vandalism across the city.
It comes after police confirmed 14 incidents of graffiti overnight last week.
Acting Inspector Turney said police had reviewed CCTV footage, following the incidences to find out who was involved.
