Police entered a Lae Avenue property earlier this morning and established a perimeter before forensics were called to the scene.
Officers confirmed a 19-year-old man accompanied police to the station and was assisting with further inquiries.
Inspector Peter McLay said the man’s arrest warrants concerned dishonestly obtaining property, damaging property by fire, and taking and driving a conveyance without consent.
